You'll forget the meaning of 'Work-life balance' after working here. 9 hr workshift with no overtime pay, with 1 saturday working. Hired 4 HRs just to manage about 200 employees, you'll ask why ? it's because an average of about 150 people get replaced every year. HRs fool us by saying phones aren't allowed in the office since we handle critical data, but all senior employees are allowed to carry their personal phones without any issue. Salary provided will make you feel like a modern day slave. Interview will be super easy, as they want slaves, not employees. The office room itself gives depression and negative vibes with no windows or natural lighting. P.S. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, IF THEY ASK, "DO YOU ACCEPT THE OFFER ?", JUST SAY "I DON'T" AND MOVE ON FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES, YOU DESERVE BETTER.
