Neural has always been a difficult place to work. It tends to ask a lot of some employees and not a lot of others. This can cause resentment in the ranks.
It has recently been acquired and is going through some changes and a great deal of the staff are very unsettled. Look at socials to see how many have left globally from the end of 2021 into 2022.
For techies, it is an every decreasing footprint in the UK and offering little to no career progression.
The company hasn't always had a clear product direction. Not sure if it's a fraud/credit risk company, or an integration company or a big data company. There is some fairly heavy politics behind this but hopefully the acquisition will solve this problem...
