      Base Pay, experience growth, training opportunities

      Cons

      WAY overworked which leads to burnout and terrible work/life balance. The departments are small and the company chooses to cram more work on employees than hire more. Managers are very catty and do not care about front line needs. Cult mentality and will find a way to fire you if you don't fall in line. Their mission is a con while execs get major bonuses from the work their employees break their backs to do.

      Good frontline staff, people who genuinely care about donation and the mission

      Cons

      Greed. Corruption. Scare-tactics and retaliation. NDN only employs management who will kiss the toes of the CEO and CFO. Anyone who is decidedly against how they run the company is swiftly fired or forced to resign. Then they lie and report out they have a “good” turnover rate. I haven’t met someone who has quit and was sad to leave the company if that holds any weight.
