      Pros

      There are some very good people that work for New Standard. Some of them work in upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management say one thing and do another. The right management is not in place on the floor level in all areas. Many times it operates more like a high school than a work place.

      Pros

      Absolutely best company I’ve ever worked at. They don’t just say “you get out what you put in,” they hold to it. If you take it upon yourself to go above and beyond, it is recognized. Company leadership is actively engaged with their employees on all levels and truly goes out of their way to create a positive work environment.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced manufacturing environment and has its days like any other plant environment. There are day to day gripes here and there like any job ever.
