      Pros

      The team i had working for me were great, the rest of the senior managers left a lot to be desired.

      Cons

      The job it's self was good but it is definitely a company that will progress yes men. The opps Manager has no clue of what they are doing or how to treat there staff. The trucks and trailers they use are not fit for the road but will be sent out with the mindset of "just chance it". Disciplinaries are done by staff members with active grievances against them. All in all not a company to work for unless you want to sleep your way to the top and be a yes person.

      was good company to work until come new manager from reed boardall as everyone knows them reputation.

      start bullying Night shift drivers if they not doing more when 13h per day .

      Easy work and helpful drivers.

      Cons

      Day drivers expected to night out with no gear and no warning. Forced overtime when busy, when quiet they force you to take midweek days off and take your holiday for it, give you cpc training and take your holiday, sack drivers just before they reach 2 years service. Planners use Google maps at 70mph then won't believe its impossible to get to Bristol do 3 deliveries and get back in 15 hours. Avoid this place it's all take take take.
