      Newgen sister concern of Babylon group, but the CEO Mr. Liakat Hossain is the unqualified worst person of IT Industry.

      Here you will find a good looking work place, that's it.

      Since it's journey company have proved nothing in IT industry of Bangladesh compare to other local company(e.g. Datasoft, Brainstation-23) who are doing excellent. Newgen sack employee without valid reason, also here complex internal politics exists seriously, actually sometimes CEO behind the scene support this. Newgen's employee judgement policy is not fair, who are close to CEO they get paid higher though they are not skillful, qualified employee get yearly increment only 2 or 3 thousand!!! very funny policy. Newgen day by day loosing skilled resources because of their culture, policy & for sure their dishonesty.

      Pros

      Newgen Technology Ltd. is a superb workplace & the top management is very friendly & caring. Our company pays salary increments to the employees every year. There is no gender discrimination which has a very positive sign to be working here.

      Cons

      It would have been better if it was 8.00 am to 5.00 PM instead of 9 AM to 6 o'clock office.

      * Newgen Technology limited is one of the best company in Bangladesh. * If you're a software engineer, you're among the kings of the hill at Newgen. It's an engineer-driven company without a doubt * The perks are amazing. Yes, free lunch, Evening snacks. I don't see this going away unless the company starts hurting financially. * Speaking of which, the company is doing quite well, which reflects in bonuses. * It's easy to move around within the company as long as you're in good. * You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important issues that impact your community * If and when you leave, you'll never regret having that company on your resume. It opens doors.

      Cons

      * If you are fake skill holder Newgen will not for you. Again you will get lots of chances but after sometime you will be terminated as its not a charity company
