      The customer support team and development team are good people.

      Cons

      The CEO is one of the worst people I've ever worked with. He fires people who disagree with him and says offensive things about customers and employees. They make broken promises to salespeople, set unrealistic goals and then change them. They also don't pay as promised in the interviews. They hired a great manager and let him go because he supported our team. They also had data leaks and told us to cover it up to customers.

      Some real talents, and tech...but

      Pros

      The company had some real talents and technology, and had some good people too. One of the best CHROs.

      Cons

      The CEO could do better if he understood the industry and knew how to lead. Rode the Covid wave, made one or two good acquisitions, but the stock price tells the current story.
