Great company-wide atmosphere, with a lot of social events and great perks. Unlimited time off, work from home, free food, free alcohol, pool table and games room. Highly productive colleagues.

Cons

Base salary generally seems a little lower than elsewhere, but when balanced with bonuses and other perks it is competitive.
