I have never experienced this level of micro management in my life. Please, you are warned. They have excessively high quotas without giving you the right tools to hit KPIs. No power dialer. You do account research and dial at the same time. But the data hygience in CRM is really bad. Expect to do a lot of manual data entry and account research WHILE you dial. It slows you down. But if you are too slow, you are fired. They demand perfection with no room for error,
