None- they were not a good company. The owner is aloof and the training is abysmal.
Cons
They are a bait and switch job: they advertise big money in all actuality it is not. The owner takes half of your commission. 50% commission rate is horrible. They say in the job interview it is $11 dollars an hour when they actually pay $10 dollars an hour.

Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. As far as pay goes every position has a guaranteed base salary or hourly pay plus bonuses. If you were only with us for a short time you may not have seen the additional bonuses. Most all of our employees make significant weekly bonuses and well beyond the base pay discussed at the initial interview. We will definitely look into the discrepancy as far as the base pay. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best of luck on your search.
This not a marketing firm, advertising agency, or anything of the sort. You will do no design, no creative work, and definitely no advertising. They claims that you will see on LinkedIn are false. You will be selling phones at various Sams Clubs throughout the state.

Dear Reviewer,
We are sorry to hear that you felt as if this position was not represented properly; however, it seems that you had one very specific aspect in mind of two very versatile industries. Marketing and Advertising have a wide range of aspects including as you mentioned creative and graphic design, social media marketing, indirect sales, however promotional marketing and advertising is also another aspect in which we practice. This is a more direct approach to marketing, advertising, and sales; however, the experience gained in this direct role can often assist an inexperienced individual in attaining a creative or graphic role that usually require experience. Furthermore, the role is not simply sales the true focus is growth and development. We are sorry again to hear that you had a negative experience and we wish you the best of luck.
standing on your feet and asking the same people every day to switch their cable providers
Cons
the pay, the employer, the professionalism (did not even spell check their own training materials), the commissions are horrid, pretty much unless you are the top two in the company your weekly check is 300 to 400 dollars

Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. It seems as if this position may have not been the best fit for you. We do teach and train sales skills to employees that are interested and willing to learn. Employees that are interested and willing to learn typically do see substantial checks and bonuses every week. We do have to say that our most successful employees with potential that show up on time and do the right things will be rewarded and given further opportunity that is a practice done in all forms of business not just ours. We understand that this position is not for everyone and we are sorry that it was not a great fit for you. We wish you the best of luck on your search.
