Pros
Directors are very approachable. The remuneration is not too bad compared with other local companies in the same domain.
Cons
Lack of structures and Directors have refused to delegate duties. Lack of clear communication especially from HR. No emphasis on individual career development. Rather you become a jack of all trades, master of none. Awful place for interns.
