      Mediocre - in need of independent reviews

      Pros

      Next15, broadly speaking have a competitive set of fringe benefits. People are welcoming in the most part. Interesting work and industry.

      Cons

      Has hired some questionable people to key roles over the years and some who clearly are not qualified = nepotism is rife. Base salary is not competitive in the market for central services (Fin, IT, HR, Facilities). Needs a fresh set of eyes through independent review to consider they way it's moving forward. Too many senior people are blinkered.

      Pros

      Interesting brands. Trying to be ethically minded and forward thinking. Make lots of money and do give some back e.g. to support DEC appeal and Ukraine.

      Cons

      Very my way or the high way view - computer says no Pay lipservice to being people centric People team led by 3 evil witches They have favourites and no one else gets a look in Very out of touch Middle aged white male leadership Boys club They've let go of good people because they don't conform

      They have a worldwide reach of subsidiary companies

      Cons

      Bullying of staff, arrogant and insecure management, involved in many other shady informal extracurricular activities.
