Pros

None, The Only Positive side is the Office is located in central London and near to the station.

Cons

I have been working at NICE UK for 8 years, and I feel compelled to share my experiences. Senior Management and Micromanagement: The senior management approach often feels micromanaged, impacting work-life balance. Requests for leaves often go unapproved, adding to the stress. Employee Turnover: There's a noticeable high turnover rate. Many colleagues have been terminated, placed in Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), or felt pressured into resigning, creating an unstable work environment. Workload: The workload is extremely high. Often, one engineer is expected to handle the responsibilities that would realistically require multiple people, leading to burnout. HR Practices: In my experience, the HR team appears more aligned with management than employee welfare. This has led to a lack of trust in HR's ability to impartially address employee concerns. Compensation and Benefits: There have been no increments, bonuses, or financial growth opportunities, which is demotivating and not in line with industry standards. Office Attendance Policy: The policy mandating office attendance feels rigid, especially as the HR team themselves do not adhere to it consistently. Disciplinary emails for non-compliance add to the stress. Contractual Obligations: The terms of the employment contract feel overly restrictive, including clauses that require repayment of bonuses upon resignation, which seems unfair. Lack of Transparency: There is a notable lack of transparency in decision-making processes, which affects trust and morale. Career Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and advancement seem limited, impacting long-term career development. While these are my personal experiences and observations, I hope they provide insight for potential employees and a perspective for the company to consider for improvement.

At NICE, we are proud to offer our NICE-FLEX hybrid model which provides ultimate flexibility for employees, comprising 2 days in the office each week, and 3 days of remote work. With many large companies having returned to full-time office work, or 3 or 4-day office weeks, we are happy to offer a flexible hybrid model that allows NICErs to enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration balanced with the ease of working remotely. We encourage you to speak to your manager or HR Business Partner about any concerns you may have.

Pros

market leading products, good brand recognition and great product YouTube videos.

Cons

Where do I start? commission for all sales people in 2023 is far worse than previous years, they try to claim its the same, but its not, which ever way you cut and dice it, they've made it massively worse, especially for SDR's who are capped. 1) commission is 50% what it used to be 2) territory size has halfed 3) bew business Spiffs no longer existent 4) rude management 5) nonsensical office policy, a company that claims to sell employee and customer experience products hasn't done any research on mandated office days, and the counter productive effect they have?? 6) ban on all travel and lunch expenses 7) massive waste of time with tons of internal calls, training and workshops, NOT NEEDED 8) Massively over priced products 9) Micro managed or not helped at all 10) Basic pay is bang on average, for a company of this stature it should be higher

Pros

good foundation, and could be a world leader.

Cons

Management structure inept, and only focused on the next quarter. Technical and Pre-Sales treated as under dogs whilst lazy Sales people, and directors get the credit for hard work (Presidents club is a joke) Israeli focused politics - and expected that the entire world work the same way Old products (that have since been off loaded to Battery Ventures - BV - a Massive mistake you will regret - NV, SM product lines are dead, and have been for years. When leaving - no attempt to keep employee within company, no counter offer, no discussion of substance.
