      Beautiful farm but terrible employee experience

      Only the lush green Farm office

      Cons

      Terrible leadership-They believe in micro management specially HR There is no concept of employee experience at all in this organization, they do not care and keep updating their policies which are hardly employee friendly. They can kick you out whenever they want to and HR is not sensitive about it. HR just follows orders. HR is very rude and doesn't know how to talk professionally. Exit formalities take forever, they can create any new issues after you leave the organization and find reasons to deduct your FnF money. Favoritism big time.

      The working environment of company is very collaborative and positive. You get full opportunity to explore & implement new technologies and solution. Nico vision of using technology to resolve business challenges is amazing.

      Not seen any downside till now, day to day challenges are every where :)
