      * Great place for hard workers to climb the ladder * Currently going through significant growth - exciting for all * The people, Nifco has a very strong culture where people are willing to help

      Cons

      * As the organisation is currently going through significant growth there is a lot of frustration and work is extremely busy, this can sometimes make like that slightly bit harder, however, I'm confident that the culture and determination from all staff will make it happen!

      SOMETIMES you are allowed to talk and laugh

      80% Supervisors and Managers are power hungry bullies Only good if your face fits Speak to you like dirt on the floor Will always put the blame onto someone else The list goes on and I’ve only been there 2 weeks You have to ask if you can go to the toilet like you where at school and if you go more than twice in 8 hours you getting pulled Breaks are basically none existent
