      Terrible Company with wide boy management

      You get paid. On paper the terms look good but they are a con

      Cons

      Expenses get scrutinised and rarely paid on time. Company vehicle policy is punitive to the employee with respect to hand back where fines are levied for minor damage despite having company car insurance. Rarely cover your alleged patch and due to the disharmony among co working then lots of back covering occurs. Lack of honesty and inter rivalry between workers refusing to take ownership of tasks or assisting. Training is non existent
