Horrible management, about six people run company with their favorites somehow continuing to work there driving good people out.

They take 35-40% of contact but refuse raises beyond cost of living raises that are well below inflation. Money is worth less every year. They're about to lose one of their few contracts and everyone will get laid off. They literally sued an employee for going with a competitor. Refuse to approve training allocation they advertise as a perk. Insurance is garbage. No Christmas bonuses or dinners anymore. Not even a holiday card to say thanks for making them money. No company culture Basically they offer nothing except that they own the contract.
