      Ask Employees Past & Present & More Importantly Ask Customers & You Will Get The Real Truth

      Good people with lots of industry experience

      Cons

      Senior level people are hired into the organisation but not trusted to do the job they were hired to do. Technical support is run and managed by the CEO, the product features are exaggarated and so to is the customer install base. Any prospective clients ask for a ref call from 2-3 customers! Nimbus has talked about going IPO for the past 24 months, the chances of this are exactly 0%, the reasons are the revenue's are not there, the channel is now non existent, each employee all apart from one does not stick around for any longer that a year!! Would you invest in a business like this!

      NEXT GENERATION FLASH VENDOR BUILT ON A PACK OF LIES!!!!!!

      Pros

      I can honestly say that there are absolutely no positives whatsoever unless you like people who lie not only to the their customers but partners and employees alike.

      Cons

      The company is run by two people as mentioned in previous reviews, these two people do not listen to employees that have years of industry experience nor do they give customers and partners the real picture. To prove my point someone in Nimbus HQ has written 3xreviews for employees in India (Nimbus do not have any employees whatsoever in these regions) The truth is as follows: Support (The CEO yes the CEO responds when has a spare 30mins) Features (Still a number of the features advertised which do not work (Ask for a demo box) Lead Time (Average lead time is between 3-4 months as all of the systems are assembled internally Nimbus Claims to have a number of household Enterprise accounts as customers (Not the case ask for a reference call)

      Pros

      While on the surface, it would be exciting to work on fully featured All-Flash array -- it wasn't (see below).

      Cons

      1. There were large gaps between what was advertised on the data sheet and what was in the product 2. Management promised many things it could not deliver and then fired people for not performing 3. Many of the customers on the reference list were listed because the got a free iSCSI SW driver many years ago from Nimbus. Very misleading! FWIW, take a look on LinkedIn. The number of former employees far outweigh the number of current ones. Most have a tenure of less than a year. What does that tell you?
