Pros

Discount on clothing is nice since our is outrageously priced

Cons

Very clicky. If you don't look , act a certain way or pay military hang it up. They play favorites, f-word is used in almost every sentence. Low pay, insurance would take 1 1/2 of 2 paychecks, HR has no idea, everyone is sleeping with everyone. They only care about bottom Dollar.

Pros

Ok pay, 55% discount ONLY if you order online

Cons

They changed the set schedule 3 times within 4 months without a few days notice, the owner could not care less about the actual employees in the warehouse considering it has an AC but refuses to actually use it and temps get close to 90 degrees with heaters and people running around working. Unrealistic quotas to be met when you are relying on other people to actually give you work to do. The management is all flakey and you have to be ex military or upstairs in the office for anyone to care about your problems and give you the time of day. This company could be great, but they're hiring management from outside instead of training people to move up.

Pros

The business is still small enough you can learn the names of a lot of employees You do not have to strictly stay in whatever department you are in, you can float and become friends with people out of your department if you wish If you want to get the most out of working at this level of business, you can pay attention to the big picture and use that as business experience It's family owned, so there is a chance to get to know the owner's family Casual attire Flexible work hours

Cons

Compensation Opportunity for advancement Recognition There is an unusually large pay difference between particular roles Not guaranteed certain paid holidays you would expect off, like Memorial Day for example The media publishing the company gets doesn't always align with what actually happens as far as donations are concerned Some business practices this company participates in aren't standard, so at times people cause backward progress on a forward initiative and no one stops them There are cliques, so the people who get paid the most aren't necessarily qualified, but in the clique
