Fresher salary is low starts around 3-4 LPA despite handling real project responsibilities and long working hours..
• Salary growth is very slow. I’ve personally seen developers who started around 4 LPA still earning only around 4.5 LPA even after nearly 3 years of experience and continuous contribution to projects.
• Compensation does not always feel aligned with effort, responsibilities, or market standards, especially for employees who started their careers here and continued long term.
• office politics seem to matter more than actual skills and consistent hard work.
• Many hardworking employees quietly handle responsibilities without receiving proportional growth opportunities, or hikes.
• Work-life balance is poor in many teams. Even after office hours, employees are often expected to continue work from home daily
• Long-term employee retention may become difficult if salary corrections and employee recognition are not improved.
• More than a skill, strong referrals or connections matters more if you want promotions or hikes or even a entry level job.
