Pros

-Got discount for clothes/products -Nice coworkers on floor -Stores are not busy - made friends and bonded with coworkers in the back rooms about how poorly we were being treated by upper management - cute clothes, decor

Cons

-Got scammed $600 from my email portal, and was not warned. Later, I found out this happened to SEVERAL employees!!! I should have been warned beforehand if this happened many times before (I was compensated by NRFB, but beware) - Minimal HR - Wasn’t able to add diversity/creativity to the social media page - upper management would contradict each other when telling me to do tasks. I would get in trouble by one person just because the other gave me the green light?? Horrible communication - Upper management talks down to employees - did not have a proper schedule - not much growth opportunities - lack in corporate training

Pros

Really cute clothes, fun store environment, smaller space and company has been around for a long time. Teams are great as long as you don't get to friendly with anybody and just do your work. Decent hours and discount.

Cons

1. Expectations are way too high for new hires/changing way too often to be successful 2. No work/life balance 2. The training is highly unorganized 3. Turn over is not something they don't have the ability to work with very well 4. Store Management is expected to do everything without very much assistance 5. Compensation is extremely low for store management compared to other companies 6. Corporate communication is poor and they are not willing to make needed improvements/very clique like 7. They play favorites and make friends with certain associates/store management who then are not held accountable 8. No real HR team/no formal way to send in HR concerns
