*nepotism-employees hired because they are related to someone in administration *management putting presure only on some employees while others are being left to do whatever they want *promoting people with no skills as section leaders *if you have oppinions and tell them something is wrong you are on the black list *high targets whilst the stock is completly disorganized *injustice, discrimination based on nationality and gender *zero professionalism
