Good location, decent work-life balance, laid-back friendly staff. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Really heavy on staff redundancies over the past year and a high staff turnover rate in general. Very low office morale. Also, way too much in the way of office politics and a lack of transparency. HR could be better.

Personally, didn't feel there was much investment in employee professional development. Pay wasn't amazing as well
