Pros

Exposure to different new technologies which is very demanding in market. Continuous learning opportunity from seniors. Company follows standard design patterns and good work practices. Great opportunity to directly interact with the management. Real work environment, everybody even freshers get enough chance to learn and earn. Work life balance is good, max 5 days.

Cons

You get to learn a lot in Noesys but you have to move out of your comfort zone.

I worked here of 2 years and 6 months. It was nice journey of my professional life. You will get opportunities to explore. You will get exposure if you understand your responsibilities. I got opportunity, chance and had great learning over here.

Cons

No cons if u understand your role and responsibility and good decision taking ability.

Worst management decade old hr policies classic example of a failed startup (estd in 2008) Heard an employee lodged a case of fraud against the company for failure tonpay salary Really bad work culture 12 hrs a day . all Saturdays working . Alternate sundays off Frehers poorly paid free for 6 months then 3,k per month Salaries in par with security guards . pizza delivery boys . No work ethics whatsoever forget about work / life balance Cheats clients then cheats employees . doesnt pay salary on time Youre judged on your work done only then management decides to pay salary or not . Companies gonna shut down soon / the foundersay run away with the investment from clients . One word - FRAUDs
