      Pros

      The owners are fabulously wonderful people. They sincerely care about their employees as much as their products. I am proud to be a part of their legacy.

      Cons

      The biggest challenges are their lacking in true leadership management and their annoying inability to recognize talent among their current workforce. And even more so with the new talent less than a years service.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. These were some of the hardest working people I've ever had the privilege to work with. People that care about what they are doing and strive to make a great product. The pay is at or below scale for what your job title is, but with all the hours they force you to work, you can pay all your bills.

      Cons

      Work/home life balance is horrible. Zero communication and leadership from upper management. Lack of direction from the planning department. Supervisors speak to, and treat their employees with nothing but disrespect. Hard working employees are treated like animals, not people.

      some coworkers are helpful Competitive pay

      Cons

      management has no clue what they are doing There is such thing as too much overtime including management not even notifying you ahead of time that you will be doing overtime that day Facilities are disgusting There is no pest control happening Safety is very minimal
