Pros

Good to put on resume for people who seek some sales experience and are results-driven.

Cons

You basically stand in store 6 days a week selling products and have a "based" pay and commission based on a number of sales you make per week! No benefits until 90 days on the job, and no full-time salary, basically a "DevilCorp"

To Whom This May Concern: We are looking into the issues you have brought to our attention. It is important to us that everyone we work with have a tolerable and enjoyable work environment. Clearly you did not feel that this was the case with you. We are also unfamiliar with the other incorporation you mentioned in your review, but are going to do further inquiry into this matter as well. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.

Pros

The energy here is infectious. Everyone is super motivating and encouraging.

Cons

Apart from te 2 hr orientation.m, Training was nowhere near what was promised they want you to learn everything on your own. Pay is 12.50 as well for walking around sams club speaking to 150+ people.

Dear Sir/Mam, We appreciate your compliment of our CEO and his management style, but we are seriously looking into your other comments. We do aim to be encouraging and motivation, and contrary to your opinion we consider our training methods a cornerstone of our entire organization. Hopefully you will find something that meets your desired employment with your next company. Best of Luck, Human Resources Team

Very Misleading

Pros

You aren’t jobless. That is truly the only perk. I would make more money and have more time if I was waiting tables.

Cons

They pant a picture of a job that is nothing like what you will be doing. You will be going into Sam’s Clubs and Coscos selling Direct TV and now cell phones. They are professionally unprofessional. Have no organization. My first day I filled out my paperwork in a small break room while they all scrambled in a binder trying to fill out their time sheet which was very unorganized. The job they ask you to do is bombard customers who are simply grocery shopping and try and sell them Direct TV. If this was what they described to you originally that would be fine because you wouldn’t feel misled. But they don’t tell you that until after the fact.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our culture was not what you were expecting. We ensure throughout the interview process that the roles of the position are explained. We do have an open door policy so if there was any sort of confusion the company or the role it should have been brought to our attention. However, it may be hard to really grasp the culture, professionalism and organization of our office after only 1 day of employment. We hope you find a company that fits what you are looking for. HR
