Following death of owner/founder, top 3 levels of management have been completely replaced with new starters, who then favour their own people from other companies and have absolutely no loyalty to the brand or existing workforce - absolutely 0% chance of internal promotion or career advancement. Horrible culture. Favouritism and toadyism rife. Same faces time and again in employee rewards. Mission, vision and values utterly hypocritical and just for show. Long serving staff punished, pushed aside or dismissed in order to shield or advance newcomers. No accountability or ownership taken by management, lower orders expected to take responsibility well outside their pay grade with no support.
