      Pros

      Nothing, thy calme they offer good growth and opportunities, nothing they say turns up to be true.

      Cons

      Horrible people and management. They lie on everything and ask you to overwork for false promises. Their management is incapable and has no respect for employees. People in the industry know what type of company Nordson is and that makes it difficult to find new collaborations. Avoid this company if you care of your career and private life!

      Not a good place to develop personal career and make real impact. Overall a very political oriented culture, avoid if you can.

      Money was good....career prospects, not so much

      Good money. Location (Colchester) was a lovely town....

      Cons

      Professional experience ignored. Very much of a clique who makes all the decisions. No chances to expand skills. Old technology (15+ years old). No planning (using 'agile' company as an excuse for not planning). Paranoid management - relevant information not shared among engineers, so impossible to really make adequate plans for delivery of projects.
