-CEO/President and much of the leadership team are present, approachable, growth oriented, and focused on supporting their team members -Initiatives are heavily focused on the people/culture and innovation/continued growth of the company -Global impact from a small community and a collaborative, family-like organization -Great benefits including an entire week off at the end of the year on top of earned PTO and other holidays -Internal growth opportunities -Strengths based organization If you are adaptable, work at a fast pace, team oriented and are excited by change and the opportunity to make an impact, this is a great place to work.

Don’t read into the recent negative reviews, they are bitter and not the true Nova-Tech image. -They care about the people and everything is team based. I am on the road a lot but is helpful to know I have a team at home to help. -They give you the whole Christmas week off. - We have autonomy to build our own travel schedule to do our customer visits for what works best for all. -I have always felt like they are fair and really enjoy my leaders. Nova-tech is not like any of my previous employers, in a good way. I have never felt like I could not be myself and I had to have “status” to be apart of the department.
