Impactful work Great team (culturally and technically) Great work-life balance for a startup Lots of opportunity for career growth and growth as a company When I started early last year (2023) I was told a lot has changed for the better and it has proven to be an incredible experience in my first year. Morale is high and turnover has been extremely low. The team maintains a tight knit feel while we grow and we constantly assess how to better improve our processes and products. I really think this has turned into a special place and I'm excited to see where things go and to be apart of it.
