Workforce too afraid of losing there jobs if we dare talk about the real problems here - the management
Pros
OK pay Good benefits 401K match up to 5% Paid Vacation and Holidays Relatively simple and easy work Glen Bertini has a compelling story and seems like he will eventually figure it out - just not fast enough for the most of us
Cons
-You work with high voltage there's always a risk and the safety dept. (which was the best I've ever seen) was dismantled so I only see those risks getting higher -More daily tasks are thrown on your plate every other month with expectations of the same or better production with no increase in pay -Depending on where you work will decide if you will want to stay and work here or want to get out by any means possible, some areas employees are treated right and have good perks other areas not soo much -The MW Management will not provide you with the necessary PPE or Tools when you request them, if you purchase what you need they will not approve your expense reports - I guess expecting you to pay for it. You'll be talked down to and micro-managed to the point where you feel like you are in preschool. -Doesn't matter if you're a great worker or incredibly knowledgable you will only advance if you're in the ROM's back pocket or he really likes you -Completely unfair performance reviews which will not reflect performance at all just how much you're liked by management -Quarterly Reviews are supposed to be quarterly but you'll be lucky if you get one every 2 years
