      The company benefits are quite good and competitive on paper.

      Cons

      The benefits are absolutely not worth your life, sanity, or well-being. This is a traumatizing workplace driven by toxic management. They micromanage every move but refuse to listen to any employee opinions or suggestions. Blaming is their game. Leadership—especially the owners and managers—actively badmouths employees, creating a toxic, high-stress atmosphere where staff are penalized just for speaking up.
