      So much turn over. Not a credible company to work for

      Pros

      Not many pros. So much change everyday. There is a nice new office with a lot of room for new employees. The fun trips and expensive parties are nice twice a year. It keeps employees thinking they mean something.

      Cons

      The turn over rate is incredible. No one has worked for this company very long and there is a reason...poor management. Everyone is running away from the shady work environment.Hiring new people then firing them 6 months later. No value on the employees that are actually working...only the ones that are “selling” and even then those people have to be worried. Failing company. Most of the reviews on here are written by employees who were asked to do it in gratitude for the company trips. Terrible company to work for.

      Pros

      Lots of free information about roofs and gutters. A snazzy binder with go-to information. Plenty of on-the-clock exercise. A free ride to job sites.

      Cons

      Managers drive around like they are looking for deserters and then, to show why they don't need to walk the block anymore, stop at a "random" house in the neighborhood they been driving in for 45 mins to get a lead/commission. Complicated and invasive process for the customer that the company requires of its marketers to secure a commission. You'll have to work a neighborhood that three other company marketers, who offer the same home repairs, had been 20 minutes prior. Never see a dime from commissions you're supposed to earn from leaving door hangers.

      Pros

      Friendly work enviornment, alot of teamwork. Managers are supportive.

      Cons

      They talk about how all you have to do is get people to get free estamates and you make $250. LIES!!! They actually have to go through with the estamite in order for you to make your commissions (rarely happens). And in some cases they have to purchase!!! Also you will be sent to homeowners associations were solicitation is not aloud. I cant tell you how many times I was cursed at and threatend to have the cops called on me!!
