Pros
Gave me a great motivation to succeed, met some lovely new friends and really positive team working environment from the comfort of your home. Also super attending conferences to learn more about the company and meet new people within the same position in your local area!
Cons
Not a lot of professional training provided. You're only helped when your sale targets affect others commissions of higher positions. As a self ran business from your home, initially you are told it's manageable part time. You will not succeed or grow within the business if you undertake the position part time. I loved the company but there is a lot of pressure from other distributors if you are have other responsibilities (e.g. university, children, full time work elsewhere etc...) and can't dedicate your time 24/7.
