Horrible benefits. Listen. Every good review on this site has been coerced by or written by upper management to make it seem like NuCo2 is a good place to work. It is HORRIBLE. Don't fall for it. It's a fast sinking ship. Steer clear and if you don't take my advice, come back and comment a year from now after you've worked there. I've never seen a company preach integrity, integrity, integrity, yet is HAS NONE. Lies, cheats, and steal from employees. They lie to their customers continuously and rip them off for emergency charges. And God for bid you get hurt there. If you do, good luck.

I worked there for more then 18 1/2 years.. The Last 5 years NUCO2 has changed and have forgotten what made them great there ''Poeple.'' Over charging and lying too Customers. I Believe in safety Butt They use this too Intimidate,,Micromanage,,Belittle your Intelligence,, Management uses this too get rid of poeple who Deem and want out of the way.I was the Best Driver in NUCO2 and was Until the Day I walked out.Sitting Record of 57stops and over 12000 pounds of co2 in one day. But My Humanity,,Morals,,Trustworthiness was not Forsale.
