Pros

Nothing to speak positive about the company

Cons

1. Whatever positive reviews are listed are posted by HR (to boost the company image). HR is begging its employees to write some positive reviews because nobody is willing to write anything positive about this company. 2. Senior Management is worst. High salary senior employees have been hired recently where not needed and therefore adding more burden on the financials of the company instead of reducing it. 3. Last year appraisals were 3%. This year there will be no appraisal it seems as the company does not have any money left. Management made an announcement few months back that appraisals are now purely company performance based. So nothing to do how hard you slog out. If you even slog 24x7, you will not get your variable pay because company has not met its numbers. No axe on sales dept for not bringing new projects but they will ensure you suffer by not paying variable pay (just bringing new excuses to not pay) or giving a hike of 2-3%. All senior employees are now doing micro management, especially the recently hired ones. The work environment here is so volatile that everyday some of the other new policies are implemented where the management can find new ways to harass the employees. Join here at your own risk and be ready to suffer as long as you are working here.

Pros

Nusummit (Aujas) Company is good.

Cons

The SES department has a deeply unhealthy work culture. Senior management displays clear bias and openly practices favoritism. Opportunities are not based on merit but on personal affiliations and groupism. There appears to be a strong inclination toward promoting individuals from a particular circle, while others are consistently overlooked. If you are not part of this inner group, or unwilling to engage in flattery, your chances of growth and fair recognition here are extremely limited.

Pros

Offers genuinely strong learning opportunities, especially for anyone looking to build depth in cloud technologies — AWS, Azure, and GCP are all active practices here, and you get real hands-on exposure rather than just theoretical training. Not sitting behind layers of management; you're often working face-to-face with some of India's top financial and enterprise clients, which accelerates your growth significantly Collaborative and relatively flat work culture in structure, which means your ideas and contributions

Cons

Like many growing companies in the IT services space, resource bandwidth can sometimes be stretched. Teams are lean, which means you'll often wear multiple hats — great for learning, but it can occasionally feel demanding.
