      Nothing much..good for freshers may b..

      Only work n work like a donkey..mgrs are sleeping n playing in dere cabin...n make u to work like a donkey day n night....think 10 times n join... Notice period is 90 days n not negotaible....horrible.. micro management... full politics..

      Don't feel like a software company. Upper management is the weakest point of the company. With one client and not many projects don't know how long will they survive. Once you enter, can't come out due to 3 months notice period. And there is no much work in many teams. Join only if you are left with no choice in your life.

      Nothing much to learn due to less projects. pay is moderate.

      No company transportation so it becomes difficult to communicate from far away places.
