Pros

Nice office and good location

Cons

If you not close to the CEO or management, forget about being heard or treated nicely. You get spoken to like your opinion don't matter. So if you join, better make sure the CEO likes you. Helps if your female and pretty. Sales people get treated like bad btw, esp. guys.

A nice place to work for people without ambition

Pros

Reasonably stacked pantry. In fact the founder bragged to me during interview; "We have free Nespresso coffee". But compared to Facebook or Google, Nugit's pantry was like a homeless soup kitchen.

Cons

-Since you will be selling a mediocre product, your job will be polishing turd most of the time. -They do not prioritise career growth of employees. case in point, there are no KPIs to track performance. -Co-workers with juvenile humor and with penchant for communicating through memes

Pros

Very interesting product that has a lot of potential Great office location downtown Smart and friendly colleagues who are fun to work with Pretty good work life balance

Cons

Weak CEO and the constantly changing company direction results in talented people leaving eventually The CEO is unfocused, dishonest (tells different people different things) and doesn’t treat his team fairly. He shows biases to his favorites openly and gets really stressed all the time when there are problems and smokes like a chimney right outside the office door daily. He frequently overpromises and under-delivers on timelines, career progression and equity packages for staff and behaves similarly with clients. It’s a miracle that he has been able to hire so many talented people to help him else the company wouldn’t have survived till now. The product is great and has potential but the CEO is unlikely to be able to take the company to the next stage.
