      Clever People who Can't Deliver

      Pros

      Lot of clever people who understand financial analytics. Great sales support. Good learning curve support as a first/second job opportunity.

      Cons

      No future product vision. Company struggles to deliver on its promises. Clique exists around certain management team members who are holding out for retirement payoff.

      Colleagues are not jerks. Friday half day off during summer is the only Pro really.

      Cons

      Not real finance - website is covered in finance literature but its just pure IT. London office is like a prison. 2 days/week in the office a waste of time.
