Treated me well, listened to my comfort level and location constraint.
Cons
Not a lot of projects in the pipeline. When a contracting opportunity ends, you need to find something yourself, the company will assist you but I mostly found my own projects.

Small Company Values and Culture coupled with type of technically challenging and developmental work are rewarding.
Cons
Workload can be difficult to manage at times, requiring additional labor hours and effort to complete projects by customer imposed deadlines.
