- Salary below market level. - Announced benefits disappearing. - Authoritarian derive. - Excessive micromanagement for developers. - Personal projection based on length of employment instead of performance.

- central location - fresh fruit, coffee, all the usual start up bonuses like company parties - great CEO, very approachable, heart of gold, - great engineering team

Cons

- being treated like a monkey by micromanagers - the micromanagers would treat you in a condescending patronizing manner - the managers need to learn some interpersonal skills and learn how to speak to different people - training was one size fits all and they didn't adapt to different skill levels - was very depressed when I left the company because of the micromanagement - you'd be promoted based on how long you worked there, as opposed to your skills, actually no that's false, you'd be promoted based on how well you got on with the micromanagers

- Amazing human team - Technically challenging projects using latest technologies - Very skilled team - Lots of social activities (games night, lunch and learns, weekends out...) - Nice office in the city center of Barcelona (best public transportation spot in the city)

Cons

- Average market salary - Pretty much focused on the aviation industry, although it is starting to change - Average age is just above 30, sometimes you would miss having a senior engineer member with 20+ years of experience that has lived many 'battles'
