Pros

The employees are very friendly and kind but you can tell most of them are miserable and dead inside. For the most part employees will go out of their way to help one another.

Cons

Highly erratic and money hungry CEO that is known to bully and intimidate employees. Very stingy and has little to no regard to employees' safety regardless of what is being said. Upper management has no spine to stand up against the bullying of the CEO. Human resource is the worst I have ever seen as their sole purpose is to spread propaganda and has no concept of confidential information. HR also needs to get a grip that CEO can promote a very hostile work environment. Company has a champagne taste on a PBR budget.

Horrible Upper Management

Pros

Some good people on the front lines. Average benefits.

Cons

These are the worst kind of people. I'm in early one day last month and hear a couple of managers refer to MLK day as "Happy Nword Day." Just flat out two faced, deceitful and dishonest people. A typical day consists of spending several hours deciding who to blame for late or poor quality work. When a job is done well Management finds a way to take credit for it. Turn-over is insane the entire accounting department has quit or been"laid-off" (including the finance office, of which there have been two in a year.) . If you are even remotely competent you are expected to work 10-12 hours a day and get the job done regardless of personal cost. Backfilling positions never happens, the job just get disbursed to whomever is left standing. Ever job and/or role is horribly understaffed. Lay off after layoff, entire departments have had 100% turnover in a matter of months - including the HR (that should tell you plenty there.) The worst part is, I think the CEOhas good intentions, he is just totally clueless how much he is being lied to by those he puts in charge. He will spend all his time away from the sites and has no real boots on the ground time with the people who actually do the work daily. All of his feedback comes from his trusted cliche who tell him what he wants to hear. If he spent some time with the mid level people who are putting work and got some real honest feedback I think his eyes would open. I mean if you give someone a role where they have authority over your site and every site he goes revenue drops, OTD drops, and quality drops (so much so that you can't get work from your customers) you would think that would be enough. If you want to know the truth about NxEdge look up some of their former employees on LinkedIn and get the truth. If you only listen to whoever is recruiting you are making a mistake.
