Pros

There is nothing good going on at Nxt Level. I guess you can smoke pot at your desk if that's your thing??

Cons

CEO and COO have their head so far up each others rear ends that they don't realize they are the problem. There is no forward thinking going on. Holding on for dear life with complacent team members with no initiative to think outside the box. When you try new things, it is wrong, so get in line and do what you are told. COO has experience painting houses so he is a great leader in the recruiting space. The only toxic people at this company are still there. Company is writing fake glassdoor reviews to try and "rebuild". Should tell you a lot about the situation they are in. This company is more of a cult than anything else. Drink the kool-aid or get out. This is a dead end job with no advancement opportunities, and the company is going nowhere fast. COO is definitely not obsessed with "numbers", while calling himself a "numbers guy" and telling you your "numbers" are not good enough. Here are some numbers: Take your salary, and divide it by 4, because that is the compensation you deserve for the "work" you do.

This place looks appealing at first... right? Wrong.

Pros

Great for people who want to crank out phone calls all day long and party/drink with your co-workers. There is unlimited PTO but some employee requests will get favored over others.

Cons

-No healthcare/dental/vision -Little to no career advancement opportunities (there's not enough people here to lead.) -Clear preference to men over women when deciding what client's and 'roles' you'll receive. -Company spent a fortune buying a new office that is practically empty, and yet can't pay employees a higher salary. -Weird hostility towards working remote even though their best recruiters are/were remote. -Way too much political talk in the office. It creates a hostile environment (I say a multitude of yelling matches between employees over this). -They say "team is family" a lot... prepare to be manipulated.

Pros

If you are under 24 because of the lack of insurance provided and looking for a place to party, drink, and make 100s of cold calls a day, making significantly under the national average and standard for recruiters, this is a place to go when you can't find a place to get experience.

Cons

- Leadership has been proven to harass employees sexually, and Executive Leadership allows for sexual harassment as a whole to take place within the office. - Employees are known to do drugs in the office, outside the office, and while working. - Management consistently gets paychecks wrong, short-changing employees, and does not explain why. - Account Managers who has been there for over 2 years, will try to become friendly purely to rat you out to management for their own personal gain. - There is no opportunity for career advancement, as the company doesn't want you to advance and become a full-desk recruiter/account manager, as executive team would lose control. - Employees will steal candidates out of under other employees; management does nothing. - Employees will consistently steal information and copy each other's workflows to get by. - The company built a culture that has coworkers pitted against each other. - Prefers men over women and has built a "bro" culture.
