      Too much pressure on short term results at the expense of the long term. No appreciation of hard work or good results. The management lacks integrity and is dishonest, lots of promises went unfulfilled. Unspecialised personnel in position of evaluating the performance of others. TOXIC WORKING ENVIRONMENT
