      Was able to move departments.

      Cons

      Management not trustworthy. They use money from one company to pay off the other company. O2 Media was just a Hub for them to run multiple companies under and shift business around. A lot of shady business practices...

      Pros

      O2 Media/BrandStar is amazing place to work. The management team has years of experience, rewards their employees (with cars, trips, and bonuses), are very passionate about advancing the company, and truly believe in #O2Spirit/#BrandStarSpirt. They also care about employees health and offer free fitness programs to all employees and also reward them for their dedication to improving their fitness levels. Everyone is extremely caring and eager to help fellow employees when called upon. It's a blessing to work here.

      Cons

      No direct deposit, limited paid days off (but employees are allowed to take unpaid time off), and no 401k. Some of the programs we use are dated.
