Pros
There used to be some positives, especially around flexibility and work-life balance. However, after the leadership changes and the arrival of the two new CEOs, many of those positives seem to have disappeared.
Cons
The company also removed much of the remote-work flexibility, which was one of the main benefits for many employees. There also seems to be a strong “inner circle” culture, where people in higher positions or close to senior management have more visibility and opportunities than others. Bonuses are relatively small and not very motivating. Career growth opportunities are limited, and it can feel difficult to progress internally.
