      Pros

      About the only good things about working at the OFA are the pension & benefits and the downtown location beside the Eaton Centre.

      Cons

      It is a horribly stultifying work environment that is rank with favouritism and bureaucratic BS. Directors and managers take credit for all your work. Most managers have no other experience than government. There are increasing complaints by staff about harassment that remain unaddressed. If you are older than 40, stay away. Younger workers are favoured and the only ones who advance.

      Pros

      For co-op/internship positions, OFA has a great environment with many other interns and worthwhile experience. The office is located above the Eaton Centre

      Cons

      As a government agency, there is a substantial amount of failing upwards - do not expect the full time workers to be satisfied with their working environment
