      Pros

      Work from home, freedom to customize lessons as you see fit, GREAT people to work with, technology is okay--not terrible; there are more pros than cons.

      Cons

      Below average pay for teachers but not uncommon in the online school world. Micro-managing can be annoying. Many changes happen fast so you have to be able to adapt and not complain. There is confusion between admin and higher ups.
