Old building 3 floor layout created Siloes, but open plan new building everyone is on one floor.

Pros
Good culture but not what it used to be since they started cutting costs. The sales reps are really great and occasionally there are some really great perks (when you are allowed to take part). You do also learn a lot!!
Cons
Roles were not being replaced when someone resigned and staff were expected to absorb that workload in addition to their own. People were glass lit into thinking that they couldn't handle the workload when they weren't given adequate resources. It is really clicky and management definitely have their favourites.
