      Pros

      Good engineers with product and application knowledge. Genuine desire to satisfy customers in lower level staff.

      Cons

      Website a mess, project was a disaster. No new products and poor product management. Lots of politics in NJ and CT. Aggressive leadership from VP level sales leaders globally.

      Was with Omega for several years - was a growing at a fast rate. staff friendly

      Cons

      new management was brought in the last 3 years and turned a growing manufacturing company into now practically just a sales office. Mass redundancies - badly managed due to work load. moral within the office is really low and just ignored due to negative attitude of management. Staff spoken to with little respect.
